Beauty Rep Launches Digital Platform to Modernize Brand-Practice Collaboration

11/12/2025

A new digital platform, Beauty Rep, has launched to streamline the way aesthetic brands and practices collaborate, aiming to reduce operational inefficiencies in sales, marketing, and education.

Founded by aesthetics industry veterans, Beauty Rep provides a centralized hub for brand-practice engagement, addressing longstanding challenges in communication and support. The platform is designed to enhance business-to-business relationships through tools that unify fragmented workflows and optimize performance.

For brands, the platform offers centralized communication for all assets and pricing, real-time analytics to inform sales strategy, and the ability to upload educational content at scale. Practices benefit from simplified product discovery, streamlined ordering, and integrated on-demand education linked to each product listing. The platform also includes built-in marketing support and tools for direct communication with brand representatives.

Beauty Rep’s launch comes at a time when traditional B2B sales structures face strain from shrinking field teams and shifts toward direct-to-consumer strategies. The platform seeks to bridge that gap by extending service and access across all tiers of the market, including small and midsize clinics, which have historically lacked consistent brand support.

“Three major shifts are reshaping our industry: tightening margins from intense competition, changing customer expectations for on-demand, personalized service, and growing value in the long tail of the market,” said Olivia Schmid, COO and Co-Founder of Beauty Rep. “This isn’t just a moment for a new tool; it’s something more. Beauty Rep is a digitally optimized service offering in an ecosystem that helps brands scale efficiently while elevating the experience for practices. We’re not just digitizing the sales process; we’re strengthening the entire brand-practice relationship at a lower cost and setting a new standard for how this industry grows.”

At launch, Beauty Rep is partnering with several aesthetic brands, including Babor, Linder Health, AlumierMD, and Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills. The platform operates on a commission-based model and does not impose onboarding fees, subscriptions, or hidden costs for practices.
