Physician Growth Partners Advises on Women’s Health Partnership in Chicago
Through a new partnership, Together Women’s Health, a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, has entered into the Chicago market and will empower The Northwestern Specialists for Women with significant resources to continue its growth. Physician Growth Partners served as the exclusive transaction advisor to The Northwestern Specialists for Women in its evaluation, negotiation, and execution of this transaction.
The Northwestern Specialists for Women is led by five shareholders: Dr. Bonnie Wise, Dr. Kim McMahon, Dr. Dayna Salasche, Dr. Seema Venkatachalam, and Dr. Melissa Dugan-Kim. Since its founding in 2008, NSW has grown to become one of the preeminent providers of comprehensive women’s health services in Chicago.
TWH will provide the resources and management support to enable NSW to continue to thrive for years to come. Dr. Bonnie Wise will join TWH as Chief Medical Officer of the platform.

BuildMyHealth Names First Chief Revenue Officer
BuildMyHealth, developer of the No Surprises Act price transparency and lead conversion platform, has its first Chief Revenue Officer. Chad Sawyer was previously a national sales executive with both Crystal Clear Digital Marketing and Patient Now. In those roles, Mr. Sawyer helped hundreds of practices integrate the Crystal Clear and Patient Now products into their websites and daily work flow.

CARE Curriculum Launched by DREAM Initiative from Allergan Aesthetics, SkinBetter Science
The DREAM Initiative, developed by Allergan Aesthetics and skinbetter science, has supported the development of a racial equity curriculum for dermatology residency programs. The Curriculum for Advancing Racial Equity (CARE), developed by Solomé Rose Consulting, LLC, is designed to equip physicians with the tools and knowledge to address the impact of racism in medicine.
The DREAM Initiative (Driving Racial Equity in Aesthetic Medicine) seeks to address the multiple effects of systemic racism in aesthetic medicine through educational efforts and awareness-raising initiatives.
