Elite Retreat Rewards High Achievers With High-Level Learning

When 130 medical aesthetics partners proved to be up to the challenge of selling more Revision Skincare® products than anyone else, the company knew it had to meet that high level of performance by making the third annual Elite Retreat the best one yet. Event organizers were up to the task, with four-time Olympic gold medalist and WNBA icon Lisa Leslie giving the keynote at the one-of-a-kind event July 26-27 in Dallas, Texas.

“I have never seen an event like this, and I may never again,” said Tiphany Hall, PhD, MBA, chief growth officer for Aesthetic Record, a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical records and practice management solution. “It’s such a cool environment to have people who are at the top of their game together in one room, focusing on growing as practice owners.”

The top 1% of Revision Skincare® accounts in terms of sales qualify to attend the meeting. “When accounts partner with us at a high level, we want to invest in them at a high level as well,” said Chris Murray, Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Revision Skincare®.

The educational lineup is carefully curated. A survey of practitioners helps to determine the topics that will be covered each year. “That allows us to identify gaps, opportunities, and roadblocks to support sustainable growth year over year,” said Alex Sisler, Senior Director of Strategic Accounts for Revision Skincare®. Leaders in those areas are then recruited to speak on them. “We do not reuse faculty from year to year and we never repeat a topic,” Murray said, “so we are constantly challenging ourselves to find new faculty and new ideas.”
