United Aesthetics Alliance appoints new chief executive officer, chief development officer
United Aesthetics Alliance (UAA) announced it has appointed Thomas Thill as chief executive officer and Benjamin Herbert as chief development officer to lead the company’s go-forward growth strategy.
As an experienced healthcare leader, Thill joins UAA to build market-leading, high-quality multi-site practice platforms to lead them through transformative growth. Previously, he’s served as CEO of AmeriVet Veterinary Partners and CEO of United Allergy Services. He’s also held senior sales and marketing roles at leading global healthcare organizations, including Kinetic Concepts and Eli Lilly.
Over the course of his career, he has been recognized by Ernst & Young as a 2022 “Entreprenur of the Year” finalist. The companies under his leadership have consistently been recognized locally and nationally for their culture and rapid growth.

Ben Herbert was named by UAA as chief development officer, supporting Thill and the UAA’s mission to become the nation’s premier community of plastic surgery and medical spa practices.
Herbert brings over 15 years if experience in corporate development and M&A. He has previously served as senior vice president of business development at National Veterinary Associates, where he built and led an acquisitions team focused on platform partnerships with multi-site operates, completing over $3 billion in partnerships. He’s also served as a healthcare services transaction advisor at Cain Brothers with a focus on multi-site physician groups.
