PCA SKIN has launched Triple Exfoliation Peel Pads, an at-home peel treatment designed to support smoother, brighter, healthier-looking skin between professional treatments, according to a company announcement.
The Scottsdale, Arizona-based brand said the product builds on more than 35 years of professional peel experience and its Peel + Correct philosophy. The pads use the company’s patent-pending Triple Exfoliation Technology, which combines physical, chemical, and enzymatic exfoliation.
At-Home Peel Technology Targets Texture and Hydration
The textured woven pad provides physical exfoliation intended to lift away dead skin cells and smooth skin texture. The formulation also includes a blend of AHAs, BHAs, and PHAs for chemical exfoliation, along with prickly pear extract for enzymatic exfoliation. Additional ingredients include niacinamide, licorice root extract, and other bioactives intended to help address visible redness, hydration, and radiance.
In company-reported 12-week clinical testing across multiple skin tones and textures, PCA SKIN said the product was associated with a 50% improvement in skin texture, a 48% boost in hydration, and a 36% reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.
