Marini SkinSolutions™ has introduced NeuroSmooth™, a topical peptide-based serum formulated to support and enhance outcomes associated with neuromodulator injections. The serum contains neuromodulating peptides, collagen stimulators, and ingredients aimed at improving skin recovery and repair.

According to the company, NeuroSmooth™ is designed to visibly reduce pore size, refine skin texture, and improve the appearance of redness and skin quality. The product may be used as a standalone topical treatment or in combination with neuromodulator injections.

A 1-month study led by Kelly Bomer, MD, facial plastic surgeon at Rejuvent MedSpa & Surgery, evaluated NeuroSmooth™ both independently and alongside injectable neuromodulators. Results indicated significant improvements in pore size, skin texture, and redness, with 92% of patients who received injections reporting enhanced outcomes when using NeuroSmooth™.

A second 2-month study conducted by Ellen Lauletta, DNP, APN, at Awaken Aesthetics, reported that 100% of participants noted improvements in one or more areas of concern. Ninety-one percent observed improvements in pore size and texture, and 94% demonstrated an increase in average pore size assessment scores. Benefits were reported both with and without the use of injectable treatments.

"If you want more glass-like skin, NeuroSmooth is a must-have in your skin care arsenal. Testers and participants in our studies have seen overwhelmingly positive results, noting smoother, more poreless, rested, and youthful-looking skin," said Jan Marini, founder of Marini SkinSolutions™.

Clinical trial data cited by the company have not been published in a peer-reviewed journal. Further studies may be necessary to confirm efficacy and durability of results.
