LaserAway, Rejuran Partner to Bring Leading South Korea Skin Booster to US
A leading South Korean salmon DNA-based treatment will soon be available in the US under a new partnership announced by Rejuran.
LaserAway, an aesthetic practice with more than 175 locations across the country, will help drive Rejuran’s first major US market entry, according to a press release. The partnership will include healing essence and tone-up booster. Rejuran says that, unlike traditional biostimulators, these next-generation bioregenerators utilize pharmaceutical-grade hydrolyzed salmon DNA technology (PN/PDRN) through a patented DNA Optimization Technology (DOT™).
This approach will be paired with LaserAway’s laser resurfacing and radiofrequency microneedling treatments by supporting natural skin renewal at a deeper level.
"This partnership represents a significant milestone in bringing advanced Korean skincare innovation to the U.S. market," said Daniel Choi, CEO at Rejuran. "LaserAway's rapid emergence as our leading US provider, combined with their expertise in aesthetic treatments and national reputation for excellence, makes them the ideal partner to introduce this proven technology in the US."
Rejuran’s proprietary hydrolyzed salmon DNA technology is featured in the treatment, which shares 97% genetic similarity with human DNA, enabling superior skin penetration and rejuvenation without adverse effects. The healing essence contains 2.0% hydrolyzed DNA for optimal post procedure recovery with improved hydration, skin texture, and visible wrinkle reduction. The tone-up booster combines 1.0% hydrolyzed DNA with powerful skin brighteners such as tranexamic and ascorbic acids and glutathione for enhanced skin tone improvement.
"By bringing Rejuran's innovative DNA technology to our clinics, we're offering our clients access to one of South Korea's most sought-after skin treatments," said Scott Heckmann, CEO of LaserAway. "This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to provide the most advanced aesthetic treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficacy."
