Jeffrey Bettinger Joins Establishment Labs as Global Head of People
Industry vet Jeffrey Bettinger is the new Global Head of People at Establishment Labs Holdings Inc.
Establishment Labs offers a portfolio of advanced silicone gel-filled breast implants, branded as Motiva Implants, and also offers or has under development a number of related products and technologies, including the Motiva Flora tissue expander and Motiva MIA, the company’s minimally invasive breast enhancement procedure.
Mr. Bettinger will join the executive team at Establishment Labs with responsibility for culture, employee experience, and human capital strategy. Mr. Bettinger joins Establishment Labs from Nu Skin, a global leader in beauty and wellness, where he served as the Chief People and Places Officer. He has also held a variety of executive and senior leadership roles in medical devices, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and engineering. His past employers have included USAA, Petco, State Farm, Fluor, and Walmart. Mr. Bettinger earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in organizational communication and educational administration from Idaho State University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University.
