DefenAge Launches Limited-Edition After Sun Kit, Expands Body Care With Supersized 10 Luxe Cream

DefenAge has expanded its body skin care lineup with a larger version of its 10 Luxe Hand & Body Cream and a limited-edition After Sun Kit designed to address dryness, redness, and other visible effects associated with summer skin exposure.
Launched August 27, the new 10-oz 10 Luxe Hand & Body Cream (retailing for $168) is 2.5 times larger than the original 4-oz version and offers a 51% lower cost per ounce, according to the manufacturer. The company said the smaller size will be discontinued.
The fragrance-free body moisturizer incorporates DefenAge’s Age-Repair Defensins technology, extending an ingredient platform used in the company’s facial skin care products to the body, the manufacturer said. According to DefenAge, the formulation is intended to provide immediate and longer-lasting hydration while visibly improving the appearance of crepey skin, firmness, and texture.
Limited-edition After Sun Kit
DefenAge also introduced a limited-edition After Sun Kit (retailing for $338), which the company says represents savings of 25%. The four-product regimen is positioned as an end-of-summer skin care reset intended to replenish moisture, support the skin barrier, reduce visible redness, and improve the appearance of skin following seasonal sun and heat exposure.
The kit includes the new 10-oz 10 Luxe Hand & Body Cream, 24/7 Barrier Balance Cream, 6-Week Perfection Neck Tightening Cream, and 7X Calming Complex. The latter is marketed to address visible redness associated with “inflammaging,” while the neck treatment targets the appearance of crepey skin on the neck and décolleté.
