BuildMyHealth Names First Chief Revenue Officer
BuildMyHealth, developer of the No Surprises Act price transparency and lead conversion platform, has its first Chief Revenue Officer. Chad Sawyer was previously a national sales executive with both Crystal Clear Digital Marketing and Patient Now. In those roles, Mr. Sawyer helped hundreds of practices integrate the Crystal Clear and Patient Now products into their websites and daily work flow.
Jonathan Kaplan, MD, founder/CEO of BuildMyHealth, and board certified plastic surgeon, believes Mr. Sawyer’s presence will allow the company to take full advantage of the new pro-transparency movement sweeping across the healthcare environment, including the aesthetic space.
"With the No Surprises Act, the Federal government is outlawing surprise bills and emphasizing price transparency in urgent and elective aspects of healthcare. BuildMyHealth's focus has always been price transparency, and now we have a mandate on the Federal level,” Dr. Kaplan says. “That's why we're so excited to have Chad on board. His sales acumen, experience and charisma will provide the escape velocity at this critical juncture in our growth."
In this new role, Mr. Sawyer will continue to attend major conferences as he has in the past, but as a presenter rather than an exhibitor. "There were two things that intrigued me about this opportunity: selling a product that had the support of a Federal law and Dr. Kaplan's encouragement in speaking more on topics of practice management and regulatory compliance. I'm so happy to be here,” he says.
