Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, announced the 2025 class of participants in The Confidence Project: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs, a national program led by BOTOX Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA). The initiative is designed to address the confidence gap among women in business and to support the growth of women-led enterprises in the United States.

Participants were selected from a national pool of applicants representing diverse industries and backgrounds. In July 2025, selected entrepreneurs attended a virtual community summit focused on business development, financial coaching, and peer engagement. Following the summit, each participant began a structured business education program, referred to as “Boostcamp,” delivered through Hello Alice, a digital platform that provides resources and mentorship for small businesses.

The Boostcamp curriculum is designed to deliver practical tools, guidance, and community support to help entrepreneurs expand their ventures. Upon completion of the program, selected participants will be invited to a Pitch Lab, where they will present their businesses to a grant selection committee. Ultimately, 20 entrepreneurs will each receive a $20,000 grant to support business growth.

Nicole Katz, Vice President of Customer Engagement and Corporate Affairs at Allergan Aesthetics, emphasized the company’s commitment to advancing opportunities for women in business.

“On behalf of BOTOX Cosmetic and everyone at Allergan Aesthetics, I am proud to welcome this new group of entrepreneurs to The Confidence Project,” Katz stated. “As the leader in aesthetics, we know what’s possible when preparation and confidence are met with opportunity. We are honored to support this year’s class of entrepreneurs. BOTOX Cosmetic is committed to building a future where women entrepreneurs have resources to forge new paths and propel their businesses to success.”

The grant selection committee includes executives from Allergan Aesthetics and leaders from the aesthetics industry. Members include Shawna Chrisman, board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of Destination Aesthetics Medical Spa; Nicci Levy, CEO and founder of ALCHEMY 43; and Caroline Robinson, MD, FAAD, board-certified dermatologist and founder of Tone Dermatology.

The 20 grant recipients will be announced in October. For more information on The Confidence Project visit www.botoxcosmetic/com/realimpact.
