BIOCORNEUM® Expands Product Line With New Bruise, Scar Recovery Solutions

BIOCORNEUM® unveiled new additions to its recovery line during Plastic Surgery The Meeting, held October 9–12 in New Orleans.
The brand introduced its new Bruise Care System, featuring a topical cream and an oral supplement designed for patients undergoing cosmetic procedures such as Botox®, liposuction, sclerotherapy, and dermal fillers. The BIOCORNEUM® Bruise Cream combines arnica oil, emu oil, vitamins K and E, and green tea extract to improve circulation and reduce inflammation. Patients are instructed to apply the cream twice daily 1 week prior to procedures and to continue postoperatively.
The companion Bruise Supplement includes Arnica and acerola extracts, bromelain, and vitamin K2, formulated to reduce inflammation and support vascular integrity. The oral regimen requires 2 capsules per day, aiming to improve compliance compared with competitors.
In addition to the bruise care products, BIOCORNEUM® debuted SiliSilk™, a professional-grade silicone gel. The non-sun protection factor (SPF) option is intended to provide versatile scar treatment for patients preferring alternatives to SPF products. SiliSilk™ offers thick, breathable coverage suitable for postoperative scars, stretch marks, fine lines, and wrinkles. Its non-greasy texture allows for use under makeup or clothing.
“These innovations are designed to empower both patients and practitioners in optimizing healing outcomes with trusted, evidence-based formulas,” said a BIOCORNEUM® representative.
The new products will be available through medical professionals and direct-to-consumer via BIOCORNEUM.com, with additional retail channels launching later this fall.
