Celebrity-inspired Make-Up Lines

A growing number of celebs and reality stars have launched their own make-up lines in recent years. Rihanna's got Fenty Beauty, Drew Barrymore has Flower Beauty, Kim Kardashian West is the face behind KKW Beauty, and Kylie Jenner has an entire empire devoted to make-up. If this wasn't enough, rumor has it that Lady Gaga is about to get in the game. Just because one can sing, dance and/or act doesn't mean s/he should be in the make-up biz—or does it?

“There are many great lines out there! Some do a better job at matching to the diversity of skin tones we see today. What people want to look out for if they are acne prone is that the product says that it is non-comedogenic as well as oil free,” says dermatologist Sabrina Guillen Fabi, MD, associate research director at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego, CA, and a Voluntary Assistant Clinical Professor in Medicine/Dermatology, University of California, San Diego.
