AMP Medical Products Launches Virtual Aesthetician Software

Thursday, February 15, 2018 | Product Launches and Updates

AMP Medical Products has introduced a new Virtual Aesthetician Software program on their website, This online feature allows the AMP team to instantly and efficiently engage with customers to provide support on demand. The chat, video, and voice capabilities are designed to educate customers and expedite the buying process.

Busy plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aestheticians, and even their own AMP sales team will benefit by having direct access to an experienced, licensed, AMP aesthetician who is trained on all products offered. Customers will be able to have their questions answered right away; make more timely decisions; place orders; and get private label products in front of their own patients or clients much sooner. This new feature also benefits those who are unable to attend trade shows, and customers who are out of the country, by allowing them to see and learn about products they otherwise may have missed.

Of the company's new feature, AMP Creative Director, Jenna Kent, said, “The AMP team prides ourselves on our high level of customer service and efficiency. This online feature truly elevates our service to the highest level possible. My customers have loved having the ability to connect live in an instant. It brings everything full-circle when you have the visual component available without having to set up a meeting.”  No other private label companies offer this service.

AMP’s Virtual Aesthetician Software feature is available on their website Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Weekend appointments are available with advanced scheduling. For more information, visit or call (844) AMP-SKIN.
